Proactive Onsite Support
There are huge cost saving benefits to remote desktop support, but sometimes you need to see someone in person who will look at your systems and proactively advise you on where things can be improved. We can send an engineer to visit you onsite quarterly, monthly or at your discretion.
A proactive onsite visit helps us to make sure you, the end user, are truly happy with the service you are receiving. Some issues are not always visible through remote support and maintaining your confidence is critical to us. We believe that if we can help make you a happy user, then you will be a productive user.

Remote Telephone Support
Our support costs for businesses/home users with up to 2 users are £110 per month, which includes; telephone support, remote assistance, pro-active checks and on-site visits when needed. Generally up to 4 hours per month of time used is included and, if needed, additional time is billed at our standard rate of £30 per hour. For specific projects such as office moves or server upgrades, a specific project price can be agreed.
When you expand above 2 users the cost for support increases to £280 per month and allows up to 5 users, £460 per month for up to 10 users and £780 per month for up to 20 users.

Single Incident Fee – £65
Aimed at home users, the Single Incident Fee can be used for up to 1 hour of time. An engineer will investigate your problem instantly and work remotely on your machine.
PRICE BAND A: 1-6 network points Single point £80.00 Double point £115.00 Excl. VAT
PRICE BAND B: 7-12 network points Single point £75.00 Double point £105.00 Excl. VAT
PRICE BAND C: 13 - 24 network points Single point £50.00 Double point £80.00 Excl. VAT
PRICE BAND D: 25 - 48 network points Per point £45.00 Excl. VAT
PRICE BAND E: 49+ network points Per point £40.00 Excl. VAT
Various band cost include labour, Network module, face plate and back box only. All other materials are billed for.
